针刺治疗海洛因依赖者的闭经

ACUPUNCTURE FOR AMENORRHEA OF HEROIN ADDICTS

目的 :了解针刺治疗海洛因依赖者闭经的疗效。方法 :将 12 6例海洛因依赖闭经的患者随机分为针刺组 (93例 )和对照组 (33例 )。针刺组采用针刺中极、关元、气海等穴位 ,治疗 3个疗程 ,对照组不做任何治疗。结果 :针刺组治疗的有效率 (84 9% )明显高于对照组 (3 0 % ) ,P <0 0 0 1;针刺的疗效与吸毒时间、闭经时间显著相关 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :针刺治疗海洛因依赖者闭经的疗效显著。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of acupuncture on the amenorrhea of heroin addicts. Methods: 126 heroin addicts wtih amenorrhea were randomly divided into Acupuncture group treated by acupuncture at Zhongji(CV3), Guanyuan(CV4), Qihai(CV6), etc, and the control group without any treatment. Results: The effective rate in the Acupuncture group was 84.9%, and that in the control group was 3.0%, showing great significant difference(P<0.01). The therapeutic effect of acupuncture was related to the history of heroin use and amenorrhea. Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy has a good therapeutic effect on amenorrhea of heroin addicts.
