治疗社区对吸毒者人格特征的影响

INFLUENCE OF THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY ON PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF DRUG ABUSERS

目的 :了解治疗社区 (TC)对吸毒者人格特征的影响。方法 :采用明尼苏达多相个性测查表 (MMPI)对 4 7例TC成员、4 9例强制戒毒学员及 2 6例正常人进行测试 ,并将结果进行对比分析。结果 :入院 2 - 4周的TC组与强戒组比较除Mf(P <0 .0 5 )外 ,其它差异无显著性 ,但L、F、Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Si 10个量表的分值均显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。TC治疗 2 4周以上组与 2 - 4周组比较 :L、F、Hs、D、Pa、Pt、Sc、Si 8个量表分值明显降低(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。强戒 2 4周组与 2 - 4周比较 :除D、Mf、Ma量表分值显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)外 ,其它差异无显著性。TC治疗 2 4周以上组与强戒 2 4周以上组比较 :在L、F、Mf、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma 7个量表分值上差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :吸毒者普遍存在人格障碍 ;TC治疗有利于吸毒者人格障碍的矫治。

Objective: To explore the influence of therapeutic community(TC) on the personality characteristics of drug abusers. Methods: A comparative analysis was made among TC members (n=47), heroin addicts undertaking compulsory detoxification(HACD group, n=49) and healthy persons(HP group, n=26) using MMPI. Results: There was no obvious difference between TC group and HACD group in all scores except Mf(P<0.05)at 2 to 4- week treatment in hospital; the scores of L, F, Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc and Si in TC group were significantly higher than those in HP group(P<0.05, P<0.01); the scores of L, F, Hs, D, Pa, Pt, Sc and Si in TC group at 24- week treatment were significantly lower than those at 2 to 4-week treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01),the scores of D, Mf and Ma in HACD group at 24-week treatment were significantly lower than those at 2 to 4-week treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the scores of L, F, Mf, Pa, Pt, Sc and Ma between HACD group and TC group at 24-week treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Drug abusers generally have personality problem. TC therapy is effective in the correction of the personality characteristics of drug abusers.
