大学毕业生要实现理想就业,一要树立正确的就业观,转变三个就业观念,树立四种就业意识;二要调整好就业心态,对自己要有信心,要有敢于竞争的勇气,同时要敢于正视挫折,增强受挫心理承受能力,从受挫中奋起,迎接新的挑战;三要选择正确的就业途径,要扬长避短,不能一味强调个人意愿和专业特长,而要适应社会发展的需求;四是要把握好每个就业机遇,要拓宽就业的思路,到农村去就业,或者是进行自我创业。

In order to realize the ideal employment, the college graduates should, firstly, set correct employment viewpoints, change three employment concepts and set four employment consciousness. Secondly, they should adjust their psychology to the employment, that's to say, they should feel confident, have courage to compete, meanwhile, have right attitude towards the setbacks to strengthen the psychological endurance ability, rise from the setbacks and take the new challenges. Thirdly, they should choose the correct way of employment, show their strong points and hide their weakness. Instead of emphasizing too much their individual willing and major, they should adjust themselves to the social development, choose the correct way of employment. Lastly, they should seize the employment opportunities, widen the thinking of employment, which means to go to the countryside to develop themselves or create their own career.
