Through the analysis of the form and task that face to the personnel training work of higher engineering education, the cultivation putting forward the practicing ability and innovation ability are basic tasks of the personnel training work of higher engineering. It should carry on positive research and practice in such respects as course reform, course system structure and content reform, etc.
