按劳分配的本质规定应贯穿于整个社会主义阶段，但在社会主义的不同阶段又应有其各自不同的实现形式。经典作家设想的按劳分配模式只适合于社会主义高级阶段。我国现有的按劳分配理论与实践又普遍存在忽视劳动力所有权资本权益的缺陷。按劳分配的制度修正，即重视实现劳动力所有权资本的权益，即社会主义初级阶段按劳分配的有效实现形式，是按名义劳动力使用权分配＋按实际劳动力使用权分配＋按劳动力所有权资本分配的“三位一体”式市场经济型按劳分配。

The essence stipulation of distribution on the basis of labor, with its various realization at different stages, should penetrate the whole stage of socialism. The patterns of distribution according to work conceived by the economists of classics are just proper for the high stage of socialism. Existing theory and practice of distribution on the basis of labor in our country has been a general imperfection of neglecting the rights and interests of the capital of the ownership of the labor. The system amendment of the distribution on the basis of labor, i. e., attach importance to realizing the rights and interests of the capital of the ownership of the labor - the effective realizing form of the distribution according to work on the initial stage of socialism, that is, the distribution according to work of market economic pattern is shaped by the distribution of the right of use according to the nominal labor, by the distribution of the right of use according to the actual labor, and by the distribution according to the capital of the ownership of the labor.
