试析蒲辅周先生辨证的整体思维方法

文中将已故名医蒲辅周先生察病辨证归纳为6个整体方法。1.伤寒与温病“始异中同终仍异”法;2.八纲统内伤与外感法;3.时病辨证必先岁气法;4.辨证要病随体异法;5.五行辨证法;6.辨病与辨证结合法。研讨这些方法,旨在继承蒲老学术思想。

On the basis of an analytic stuay of the writings and casereports by late Dr Pu Fuzhou,one of the most eminent TCM physiciansin China in from 50s to mid-70s of this century,the author of this articleholds that Dr Pu developed six holistic views in analysis and differ-entiation of symptoms and signs in association with diagnostic investig-ations of diseases.The six views are as follows:1.the view that febrilediseases due to invasion by exogenous pathogenic cold differ at first fromthose seasonal febrile diseases,strongly resemble them later,but arealien from them in the end;2.the view that diseases due to internalimpairment and those due to invasion by exogenous pathogens can be sortedand treated in accordance with the theory of Eight Principal Syndromes;3.the view that analysis and differentiation of symptoms and signs ofseasonal diseases must be Performed with consideration of seasonal changesof the natural environment;4.the view that analysis and differentia-tion of symptoms and signs must be performed With consideration of con-stitution differences of different individuals;5.the view that analysisand differentiation of symptoms and signs should be performed in accor-dance with Five Elements Theory;and 6.the view that analysis anddifferentiation of syptoms and signs should be Performed in associationwith diagnosis of the disease.The author believes that study of these views will greatly contributeto development of TCM science.
