军事体能训练的大脑机能能力和特征研究

Study on the Character of Cerebrum Function Ability and Feature in Military Physical Training

采用测量实验法对大脑机能能力与军事体能训练评定体能等级的相关性进行研究,发现大脑机 能能力和特征的稳定、均衡和灵活能提高体能评定水平。同时,不同大脑机能能力被试在体能训练的发展 上存在明显的差异,即体能评定等级高者大脑机能能力较强。

The experiment and measurement method was used in our study on the relationship between cerebrum function ability and appraising-grade. The higher the physical training grade appraises, the stronger the cerebrum function ability is. The stabilization, balance and agility of cerebrum function ability is the foundation of diathesis in military pyhsical training.
