摘要
整群抽取某团2、3连新兵224人,开训前测量身体素质,后采取不同的训练方法对参训人员进行体能素质训练,3个月训练结束后再测量身体素质,干预组中各项成绩均有显著性提高(P<0.01),对照组中100 m跑、3000 m跑、引体向上和1 min俯卧撑等的成绩有显著提高(P<0.01),立定跳远和立定投弹成绩提高不显著。干预组的100 m跑、立定投弹、立定跳远等成绩高于对照组,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),干预组的引体向上成绩绩高于对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组之间3000 m跑、1 min俯卧撑等成绩没有显著性差异。
To be offered some suggestions on the tow unit's recruits military physical training. Three moths later two groups were measured physical fitness again. Every fitness in control group were significantly different between twice measured (P<0.01), while in treated group 100 m running, 3000 m running, left-up, push-up fitness were significantly different between twice measure (P<0.01), others fitness showed on difference, there were significantly different in100 m running, standing-thrown, standing-jump, between control group and treated group (P< 0.01), there were difference in pull-ups(P<0.05), while there were no differentce in 3000 m running, push-ups between control group and treated group.
