越野滑雪运动员有氧耐力与乳酸阈及个体无氧阈关系的研究

A Study on the Relations Among the Aerobic Endurance, the Lactic Acid Threshold and the Individual Anaerobic Threshold for the Cross Country Skiers

对越野滑雪运动员的BAT、IAT和耐力成绩相关的程度进行了研究 ,并且在田径场做了实地测试、验证。结果表明 :越野滑雪运动员的BAT与IAT高度相关 (r =0 .977) ,5 0 0 0m耐力成绩和BAT跑速、IAT跑速密切相关 ,且具有可靠性 ,利用IAT跑速进行训练更利于发展有氧耐力。
