摘要
颈椎病的分型有六种,即落枕型、痹痛型、眩晕型、五官型、痿证型和其它型。本文通过对387例颈椎病患者颈椎的X线表现进行研究,从颈椎生理弧度的改变、椎体边缘的骨质增生、椎间隙和椎孔的变窄及颈部韧带的钙化五个方面进行观察,发现颈椎病六种中医证型的X线表现分别和西医的颈椎病六种证型的X线表现基本上是一致的,这个结论表明颈椎病的X线检查可为颈椎病的中医临床证型的分型及治疗,提供重要客观依据。
There are six different clinical types of cervical spondylosis in traditional chinese medicine:type of stiff neck,type of arthralgiapain, type of vertigo,type of five sense organs,type of flacciditysyndrome and
type of others.387 cases of cervical spondylosis were studied based on the following radiological manisfestations:change of physiological curvature of
the cervical spine,osteophyte formation,narrowing of the intervertedral
foramen and the intervertebral disco and the ossification of theligaments of
the cervical spine.We found that the radiological manisfestions of these six
different clinical types in traditional chinese medicine closely corresponded
to those of the six different clinical types of cervical spondylosis in western
medicine,respectively.The results showed that the radiological changes of
cervical spine can provide an objective fact for the diagnosis and the treatment
of cervical spondylosis in traditional chinese medicine.
