摘要
印度独立后 ,实行混合经济政策把公有企业置于国民经济发展的制高点地位。所以 ,公有企业在印度建立起较为完整的工业体系中发挥了重要作用。在其发展的过程中 ,特别是实行经济改革以来 ,许多企业认识到投资于研究与发展的重要性 ,因此 ,增强了公有企业的竞争性。但是 ,公有企业在研究与发展中也存在发展支出的增长率呈下降趋势且结构不平衡 。
According to the author,India has made continuous investment in research and development of public sector enterprises,that has improved their competitive capability.However,there has been a descending tendency of both the growth rate and intensity of such investment.
