转型时期我国就业问题的理论思考

The Theoretical Consideration on the Issue of Employment During the Transitional Period of Our Country

目前我国已经进入经济增长与经济结构加速转变时期,就业问题日益尖锐地表现出来,传统的正规就业模式已经不能适应我国经济转型的要求,必须向非正规就业转变。

At present,our country has already entered the period with economic growth and accelerated transformation of economic structure.The severity of the employment problem shows sharply day by day. The traditional and regular employment mode can't already meet the request of the transitional economy of our country,thereby this mode must transform into the informal employment.
