P. E. credit system is a teaching managerial system, which teaches students according to their interests or capabilities. It is suitable for students' psycholigical requirement and it attaches im-portance to developing their personalities. This essay discusses the practical conditions and the develop-ing tentative plans of the P. E. department' s teaching reform in Hebei Teacher' s University, analysing the characters and patterns of P. E. credit system in common universities, which is helpful to improve the teaching managerial system of the P. E. credit system
