湖南全民健身第一期工程社会体育工作人员现状调查

Investigation of Present Situation of Social Physical Education Staff for Fitness for All First Project in Nunan Province

通过对湖南 6 4个县 (市区 )全民健身计划纲要第 1期工程实施情况进行调查 ,并将《纲要》实施前后的社会体育工作人员状况进行对比分析结果表明 :湖南社会体育工作人员数没有明显增加 ,与社会需求差距较大 ,且兼职的还占了比较大的比重。相对于湖南学校体育教师来说 ,社会体育工作人员力量就非常薄弱 ,只有采取有效措施培养社会体育专业人才 。

The execution of the first project of the National Fitness Program was investigated in 64 counties and towns of Hunan province. The status of the social physical education staff before and after the execution was compared with each other. It was indicated that there is a great difference between the social requirement and the number of the PE workers, many of whom are only part time workers. Compared with the physical education teachers in Hunan schools, the social PE workers are far from enough. Only by adopting effective measures to train specific qualified personnel can social physical education development and improvement be promoted.
