Development of Research on Exercise Stress and Testosterone Biosynthesis

摘要 运动应激中HPA轴过度兴奋引起HPG轴功能低下或紊乱 ,使睾酮合成的酶活性降低 ,其中P45 0SCC酶活性应激性降低是关键因素 ,其原因可能既有调节因素的变化 ,也有睾丸间质细胞内一些独立因素的变化。运动应激对间质细胞内胆固醇转运的影响。 During exercise stress, the overexcitation of HPA axis induces hypofunction or dysfunction of HPG axis and lowers the enzyme activities of testosterone biosynthesis. Among them the decrease of the stress of P 450 scc enzyme activity is the key factor, the reasons of which may be either the changes of regulatory factors or the changes of some independent factors of interstitial cells in testes. It is worth to study effects of exercise stress on the inner cholesterol transport in Leydig cells and the central and peripheral suppression of endogenous opium peptide on testosterone synthesis.
