摘要
速度是短跑运动的核心 ,通过对六秒定律训练法和传统 30m跑训练手段在发展运动员的专项速度素质等方面的比较分析得出 ,六秒跑距更能反映人体在ATP -CP供能系统下的速度能力 ,在高校高水平短跑运动训练中 ,引入六秒定律训练法 ,对提高运动员的加速能力和对全程节奏的控制能力 。
Speed is the core of sprints. The training method of the 'six second law' was compared with the traditional training measures of 30m race in the aspect of developing the sprinters' specific speed. It was found that the distance of running for 6 seconds better reflects the of speed of the body under the ATP CP energy supply system. In high level sprint training in colleges and universities to introduce the six second law training method will improve the sprinters' ability to accelerate and to control the rhythm of the whole distance. And good training results will be achieved.
