技巧前手翻连接直体前空翻和直体前空翻转体720°的运动学分析 被引量:4

Kinematic Analysis of Handspring-Salto Forward Stretched as well as Salto Forward Stretched with 2/1 Twist in Acrobatics

摘要 为了说明前手翻连接技术所产生的水平速度对完成空翻动作的影响和作用 ,通过运动学分析法 ,对前手翻技术结构进行了研究 ,结果认为 ,正确熟练的掌握好前手翻基本动作中的摆腿、推手与翻转技术 ,是前手翻产生较大水平速度的关键。由此结论 ,前手翻本身具有的三快特点 ,有利于产生和充分发挥水平速度的利用率 ,并有助于垂直速度的转换 。 In order to explain effects of the horizontal velocity produced by the handspring connection skill on salto forward performance the technical structure of handspring was studied with the method of kinematic analysis. The results showed that to master the leg swing, push off and turn over in basic handspring elements is the key to improve the horizontal velocity of handspring. It was further concluded that the three rapid character of handspring itself benefits to bringing the utilization of horizontal velocity into full play and contributes to the transformation of the vertical velocity so as to perform the movements of high difficulty.
