摘要 威尔逊民族自决思想及在西伯利亚问题上的实践一直是史学家研究的重点.本文阐述了威尔逊民族自决思想的内容,分三个阶段分析了他从主张不干涉俄国内政、反对英法委托日本重建东线、到最后伙同日本出兵西伯利亚的过程及原因,并认为这种原则与外交政策的差异,是意识形态的对立和维护美国国家利益需要的结果. Woodrow Wilson's national self-determination and its practice in Siberia are always the focus of historian studies. The thesis expounds the content of Woodrow Wilson's self-determination, analyzes the course and causes of his progressive thinking from protest against intervening the Russian internal affairs, to opposing Japan act as an mandatory to revive the Eastern Front by England and France, and eventually to sending force to Siberia with Japan in three stages, and contends this difference of the principle and diplomatic policies is the result of ideological contradiction and defense of America's national interests.
