摘要 介绍了国外氯代芳香族污染物好氧与厌氧生物降解的降解菌、降解途径、酶学、基因结构及其表达、调控,生物降解途径设计,高效降解菌构建等研究进展与动向,并提出了一些想法. This review discusses the progresses and trends in biodegradation and molecular mechanism ofchlorinated aromatic pollutants by anaerobic and aerobic microorganisms, including degradation pathway, involved enzymes and their genes, design of novel pathway, and development of highly efficient hybrid strains . Opinion in the research of organic pollutants biodegradation was suggested.
