摘要
对20个基因型的人工合成甘蓝型油菜进行了花药培养.结果表明,在Keller培养基上可以直接诱导出胚状体,胚状体的诱导率与基因型、培养基的添加物等有关.基因型不同,胚状体的诱导率也不同;在培养基中加入活性炭降低胚状体的诱导率,加入0 1mg·L-1的6 BA和0 1mg·L-1NAA能提高胚状体诱导率.
Anthers from 20 genotypes of artificially synthesized Brassica napus L. were cultured in vitro.The results showed that embryoids could be directly induced on Keller medium; Efficiency of embryoid induction was related to genotypes and additive to culture,etc.Efficiency of embryoid induction was different among genotypes; Addition of activated charcoal (AC) to medium decreased embryoids yield; Medium supplemented with 0.1 mg·L^(-1)6-BA and 0.1 mg·L^(-1) NAA improved efficiency of embryoid induction.
