摘要
目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病 ( T2 DM)患者血清白细胞介素 18( Interleukin- 18,IL- 18)与大血管病变的相关性。方法 :T2 DM6 8例 ,根据是否合并大血管病变 ,分为非大血管病变组 ( 2 0例 )和大血管病变组 ( 4 8例 ) ,与正常对照组 2 0例比较 ,采用双抗体夹心 ABC- EL ISA法测定血清 IL- 18,对大血管病变的相关危险因素行 L ogstic回归分析。结果 :T2 DM组较正常对照组血清 IL- 18明显升高 [( 4 6 .0 3± 13.91) pg/ ml与 ( 2 5 .4 9± 9.6 9) pg/ ml,P<0 .0 1],大血管病变组血清 IL-18[( 5 0 .15± 12 .36 ) pg/ ml]与非大血管病变组血清 IL- 18[( 36 .14± 12 .5 8) pg/ ml]、正常对照组血清 IL- 18[( 2 5 .4 9±9.6 9) pg/ ml]比较 ,差异有显著意义 ( F=32 .975 ,P<0 .0 1)。T2 DM组为整体 ,有无大血管病变为因变量 Y(有 =1,无 =0 ) ,以 IL- 18及其它危险因素为自变量 ,进行 L ogstic回归分析。最后年龄、病程、甘油三酯 ( TG)和 IL- 18进入回归方程。结论 :IL- 18可能是 T2
Objective:To study the relationship between serum Interleukin-18 and type 2 diabetic macrovascular complication (MVC).Methods:68 case of type 2 diabetes were divided into macrovascular complications group (48) and non macrovascular complicationsgroup (20) ,and 20 healthy subjects were regarded as the normal controls(NC). Interleukin-18 levels were measured using ABC-ELISA,and the factors related to diabetic macrovascular complications were analyzed by multiple stepwise logstic regressive analysis.Results:Serum Interleukin-18 level was significantly higher in type 2 diabetes group than that in the control(46.03±13.91) pg/ml vs(25.49±9.69) pg/ml,P<0.01).Serum Interleukin-18 level was 50.15±12.36 pg/ml in diabetic macrovascular complications group, which was significantly higher than that in the non-diabetic macrovascular complications(Non-MVC)group(36.14±12.58 pg/ml) and in the normal controls(25.49±9.69 pg/ml)(F=32.975,P<0.01).To define the independent association between the risk factors and diabetic macrovascular complications, the multiple stepwise logstic regressive analysis was used. Serum Interleukin-18 ,age, course and TG was related independently and significantly with macrovascular complications.Conclusion:The study suggested that Interleukin-18 might be an important independent risk factor for diabetic macrovascular complications.
