肥胖对多囊卵巢综合征患者糖和脂代谢的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨肥胖在多囊卵巢综合征 (Polycytic Ovary Syndrone PCOS)所致代谢异常中的作用。方法 :5 6例PCOS患者 ,按体重指数 (BMI)≥ 2 5或 <2 5分 ,为 PCOS肥胖组 (2 0例 )及 PCOS非肥胖组 (36例 ) ,2 0例正常月经周期的育龄妇女为对照组 ,分别测定血清睾酮 (T)、瘦素 (L eptin)、胰岛素 (INS)、空腹血糖 (FBG)及血脂 (TC、TG、L DL- C、VL DL - C、HDL - C)水平。结果 :PCOS肥胖组血清 T、L eptin、INS、FBG、TC、TG、L DL - C、VL DL - C水平均显著高于 PCOS非肥胖组和对照组 ,HDL - C显著低于这两组 ;PCOS非肥胖组血清 T、L eptin、INS、TC、TG、L DL - C水平均显著高于对照组 ,HDL - C低于对照组 ,两组 FBG和 VL DL - C水平差异不具显著性。结论 :肥胖加重了多囊卵巢综合征患者已经存在的糖代谢及脂质代谢紊乱 ,提示多囊卵巢综合征伴肥胖患者是动脉硬化症和冠心病的高危人群。 Objective:To explore the effects of obesity on glucose and lipids metabolisms in patients with Polycytic Ovary Syndrome.Methods:56 women with PCOS were divided into two groups:non-obese PCOS (36,BMI≥25) and obese PCOS (20,BMI<25).20 women in same age with regular menstrual cycles were regarded as controls.Results:The values of T、Leptin、INS、FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C and VLDL-C were significantly greater in obesity PCOS group than those in non-obesity PCOS group and control.The level of HDL-C in obesity PCOS was markedly lower than that in non-obesity PCOS and control. The differences of T、Leptin、INS、TC、TG、LDL-C and HDL-C were significant between non-obesity group and control, but the differences of FBG and VLDL-C between the two groups are not significant.Conclusions:There was obvious disorder of glucose and lipid metabolisms in patients with PCOS, and obesity could make the disorder even worse,which could be of high risk of artery arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
