摘要
目的提高输液配置中心的工作效率和工作质量,保证药液及时、准确送至病区。方法通过持续性质量改进体系和六西格玛五步法即定义、测量、分析、改进、控制对输液配置中心进行管理,定义项目问题为药物无法及时、准确地派送至病区;测量并分析该问题存在的原因包括影响配药准确性因素及影响送药及时性因素;制订质量改进方案,改进排班的合理性,降低冲配步骤的复杂性,采取减少各类操作错误的措施;将改进措施形成常规工作制度并进行控制。结果保证药液能在9:30之前准确、及时地送至病区。结论合理、有效地运用定量管理与定性管理协调发展的管理理念,可以达到提高工作质量和工作效率的目的。
Objectives To improve the efficiency and the quality of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS) and to assure the pharmacy to be sent to the ward correctly and timely.Methods According to the constant quality improvement system and the five steps of six sigma (define,measure,analyze,modify and control),we carried out the following measures:defined the problems as that pharmacy was unable to be sent to every section correctly and timely;measured and analyzed the factors which influenced the accuracy of pharmacy admixture and delivery;established the modifying scheme to make the shift more reasonable and reduce the complexity of pharmacy admixture,and took measures to minimize the mistakes of various procedures;formulated the modifying measures as routine regulations and dominated the process.Result The intravenous pharmacy was sent to every section correctly and timely before 9:30am.Conclusion Applying the quantitative management and qualitative management in harmony could improve the quality and efficiency of nursing.
