摘要
目的运用激励理论实现护理管理目标。方法学习激励理论,运用成就需要理论引导护士积极向上;运用强化理论激发护士工作积极性;运用公平理论维护护士工作环境。结果全院护士学历普遍提高,床位利用率和病人满意度显著提高。结论善用激励理论,有利于实现护理管理目标。
Objective Using motivation theory to achieve the objectives of nursing management.Methods Organizing the administrator to learn the motivation theory,to drive nurses to be active with the theory of needs for achievement,to mobilize the nurses’ working enthusiasm with the theory of reinforcement,and to keep a favorable working environment for nurses with the theory of equity.Results As a result,the nurses’ educational level has been improved overall,the rate of bed-occupied and patients’ satisfaction has been significantly improved as well as.Conclusion The application of motivation theory appropriately was helpful to achieve the objectives of nursing management.
