目的探讨新时期老年病科护理工作特点及护理管理对策。方法通过对老年病科护理工作特点进行分析,提出老年病科护士管理及病人管理的对策。结果老年病科管理成效显著。结论根据专科护理特点制订管理对策,针对护理问题进行质量管理,才能克服管理上的随意性和盲目性,使各项护理工作在管理中见成效。

Objective To discuss the characteristics and management countermeasure of nursing work in the department of geratology in the new period.Methods The author analyzed the characteristics of nursing work in the department of geratology and put forward the management countermeasures for the nurses and patients.Result We achieved significant effectiveness in the management in the department of geratology.Conclusion The randomness and blindness in the management can be solved through the proper management of nursing and quality management according to the characteristics and present problems.
