摘要
目的通过对132例青壮年垂体腺瘤的临床观察,了解并分析患者的心理问题与需要。方法通过临床观察及病历调查收集资料,根据患者个体的心理状态和心理问题,实施有针对性的健康教育与心理指导。结果使存在不同心理问题的29位患者的心理状态得以改善。结论适当的护理干预可促进患者的身心健康。
Objective To explore and analyze the psychological problems in young adult with pituitary adenoma by observing 132 cases.Method Data was collected by means of clinically observation and review of case history,then corresponding health education and psychological instruction was performed according to each patient’s mentality and psychological problem.Result The mentality of 29 cases with different psychological problems was improved.Conclusion Proper nursing intervention could promote the patients’ physical and psychological health.
