摘要
为不断提升门诊护理质量,医院成立门诊就诊服务组;实施挂号分诊一体化;循环式排班;合理定岗;更新护士为病人服务的理念;完善综合考评等一系列措施。确保了病人获得全方位的就诊指导与服务,体现“以人为本”,营造了良好的就医环境。
In order to improve the quality of nursing in the outpatient department continually,a series of measures were carried out,which included establishing a nursing group to serve the outpatients;making the registration and diseases classification service being united in one,arranging nurses’ shifts circularly,allocating nursing duties reasonably,directing nurses to renovate the concept of service,establishing comprehensive check-up system for nursing work,etc.This practice ensured the patients to receive whole guiding and service of medical consultation,embodied the principle of “human-centered” service and created favorable consultation environment for the patients.
