摘要
根据研究成果和文献资料,综述了微晶纤维素制备工艺的特点,纤维素水解降解历程与反应动力学;阐述了微晶纤维素的主要特征和物化性质;介绍了微晶纤维素系列产品在国民经济中的应用。
The microcrystalline cellulose is a new type of cellulose derivatives. The technological characteristic of process and the kinetic of hydrolytic degradation of cellulose are generalized and discussed. The main physical and chemical properties and practical application of microcrystalline cellulose are described.
