摘要
文章研究了α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯的环氧化反应,用自制40%浓度的过氧乙酸在相转移催化剂和酸接受体的存在下,在10~20℃时处理3~5h,可分别得到95%的2,3-环氧蒎烷和84.3%的2,10-环氧蒎烷。并对环氧蒎烷在路易斯酸、沸石分子筛、硝酸铵和DMSO非质子极性溶剂作用下的催化异构反应进行了研究,得到了较为理想的结果。
The epoxidation reaction of α-pinene and β-pinene was investigated. α-Pinene and β-pinene were epoxi-dized with about 40% peroxyacetic acid made in laboratory to yield 95% of 2,3-epoxy pinane and 84. 3% of 2,10-epoxy pinane, respectively, in the presence of phase transfer catalyst and acid acceptor at 10-20℃ for 3~5 h. The isomerization of epoxy pinane in the catalytic action of synthetic zeolites, Lewis acid ammonium nitrate, and DMSO solvent was studied also. The results are given in this paper.
