摘要
研究了国产紫胶树脂水解物的性质,利用长链脂肪酸及环状萜烯酸某些盐类性质的差异,分离得到了紫胶桐酸和壳脑酸。发现国产紫胶中,紫胶桐酸C_(9、10)上的二个羟基处于交叉位,用现代光谱学手段证实了前人用化学方法推测的壳脑酸分子结构。结果证明国产紫胶树脂具有代表性的分子构成及分子结构与印度紫胶树脂相同。
Investigating the property of hydrolysate of domestic lac resin, and based on the property differences between the salts of long chain aliphatic and terpene acids, aleuritic acid and shellolic acid were isolated. It was found that the two hydroxyl groups on C9,10 of aleuritic acid were in cross position. The molecular structure of shellolic acid was confirmed by modern spectrometry. The experimental results showed that the molecular composition and structure of domestic lac resin was similar to that of the Indian lac resin.
