可持续发展作为变革传统生产方式的社会运动,其光明的前途已展现在人们面前。法律因其自身具有的规范性和强制性的特点,成为可持续发展的不可缺少的支点,中国走可持续发展之路必须全面加强法制建设。
As a social force that has changed the traditional productivity, sustainable development has ushered in a bright fufure.Legal system has been a necessity for sustainable development. China must strenghthen its legal construction in order to actualize its sustainable development.
