两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉曲张高位结扎术(附26例报告)

High ligation of varicocele under laparoscopy in 2 holes: with a report of 26 cases

目的:探讨两孔法腹腔镜下手助丝线结扎在精索静脉高位结扎术中的应用。方法:采用两孔法腹腔镜下手助丝线结扎精索内静脉26例,其中左侧23例,右侧1例,双侧2例。结果:26例手术均获成功,无并发症,手术时间平均18min,平均住院4.8d,疗效满意。结论:两孔法腹腔镜下手助丝线结扎治疗精索静脉曲张具有患者损伤小,康复快,疗效确切,术后不遗留金属异物等优点。

Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of high ligation of varicocele under laparoscopy by hand-assised method in 2 holes. Methods: 26 cases accpted high ligation by ligature of internal spermatic vein under laparoscopy in 2 holes, including 23 cases of left side, 1 case of righy side and 2 of bilateral side. Results: All the operations succeeded, no complication occurred. Average operation time was 18 minutes, the average duration of hospitalization was 4.8 days. Conclusions: This method has the advantages of little injury, quick recovery and has no metallic foreign body left.
