摘要 目的:比较经过完善预备后的根管选用不同封闭剂根充对管壁抗折力的影响。方法:将30颗人尖牙随机分为二个实验组和一个对照组,每组10颗。从牙颈部截去牙冠后进行根管预备。组1以Ultra为封闭剂;组2以Endofil为封闭剂,均采用冷侧压方法充填。组3根管预备后不充填。所有标本进行抗剪切强度试验。结果:组3与其它二组间有显著性差异(P<0.01),抗折应力值最低(126.1819MPa);组1和组2之间有显著性差异(P<0.01),其抗折应力值最大(153.4974MPa)。结论:预备后不充填的根管抗折力,明显低于完善根管治疗组;使用Ultra封闭剂根充后的管壁抗折力,明显强于Endofil组。 Objective: Purpose of this study is to compare the effect of two different sealers on the root resistance tofracture. Methods: Thirty canines with single canal were selected. The teeth were randomly divided into two experimentalgroups and one control group, each group included 10 teeth. The crowns of teeth were sectioned at the cementoenameljunction and root canals were prepared by step-back technique. Teeth of group1 were obturated with gutta-percha cone andUltra sealer; Teeth of group2 were obturated with gutta-percha cone and Endofil sealer, cold lateral condensation technique;The group3 were instrumented but not obturated. All the samples were tested for stress and the resistance force to fracturewas measured was employed in both groups. Results: Group3 had significant difference to the other groups in the resistanceto fracture, which was the lowest (126.1819 MPa). The resistance to fracture of group1 was significantly higher(153.4974MPa) than that of group 2 (P<0.01) . Conclusion: Root canals instrumented without obturation weresignificantly weaken. Root canals that were instrumented and obturated with gutta-pucha and sealer were significantlystrong. The resistance to fracture of Ultra sealer(group1) was the highest, among the 3 groups.
