豚鼠感染肝片形吸虫后体内抗体水平变化

ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF ANTIBODY IN GUINEA PIG INFECTED WITH FASCIOLAE

ELISA分析结果显示,豚鼠感染肝片形吸虫后,血清中抗体水平因感染数量的不同而有明显变化。感染囊蚴(metacercaria)20个时,P/N值出现两个波峰,第二峰值较高并维持至豚鼠死亡。感染囊蚴10个时,P/N值也出现两个波峰,在感染后85～95天开始下降。感染量为5个时,P/N值只出现一个波峰,出现的时间各只豚鼠略有不同。

The analysis with ELISA expressed that the level of antibody in guinea pig infected with fasciolae is quite different with the infected number of metaeercaria. Two peaks appear in the P/N curve when the infected number of metacercaria is 20 and the 2nd peak of P/N curve keeps in high level till the animals die. The P/N curve also has two peaks while the infected number is 10 but the peaks decrease after 85～95 days pi. There is only one peak of P/N curve with 5 in infected number but it appears in different time.
