摘要
采用沉淀剂G处理黑曲霉1 -13菌株的粗酶液获得木聚糖酶制剂。通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳酶谱分析测定该酶制剂为单—木聚糖酶组分。经一系列研究结果表明 ,该酶制剂无 β-木糖苷酶活力和羧甲基纤维素酶活力 ,水解玉米芯木聚糖的产物主要为木二糖和少量木糖。由此可见 ,此木聚糖酶制剂的底物专一性较强 ,可直接以玉米芯为底物 ,选择性水解玉米芯中的木聚糖 。
Addition of precipitant was effective to gain xylanase preparation from Aspergillus niger 1-13 rude enzyme preparation.Zymogaphic analysis of PAGE of xylanase preparation showed only one xylanase activity band.A serial studies showed the xylanase preparation had xlylanase activity but no β-xylosidase and CMCase activities .The products of the xylanase preparation from corn cob xylan were mainly xylobiose and small amount xylose.Therefore,the xylanase preroration selectively degradated xylan of corn cob to produse xylo-oligosaccharides.
