摘要
西欧中古法律文化是封建社会的法律文化。由于历史遗传等多方面的原因,这一法律文化在生成过程中深受罗马法影响,必然带有罗马法律文化的基因。西欧中古法律文化中的罗马法律文化基因折射了罗马法的地位和影响。
The Western European legal culture in the Middle Ages is feudal legal culture. Because of historical causes, it necessarily has the gene of the Roman legal culture during the process of the legal culture forming. The Gene of the Roman legal culture in the Western European feudal legal culture in the Middle Ages reflect the status and influence.
