The Construction of Rule by Law of Countryside Society in China

当前,加强中国农村社会的法治化建设,既具有其必要性,又具有其迫切性。在新时期,中国农村法治化的构建思路包括:加快社会主义市场经济的发展,促进农村社会的民主法制建设;加强基层政权组织建设,提高其依法行政的能力;加强法制宣传教育,提高农民的法律意识;严厉打击违法犯罪活动,树立法律的权威性;加强农村社会主义精神文明建设,提高农民的综合素质。

In accordance with the problem of the current Chinese village that rule of law exsits, positive fulfillment, Basing on the theory of governing country according to law we should speed up the development of market economy and further the construction of democracy and legal system in countryside society,strengthen the construction of regime organization in basic level and enhance the ability of administration according to law and governing countryside according to law, intensify propaganda and education of legal system and improve peasant's consciousness of law, severely blow against the activity of breaking the law and committing a crime and set up the authority and solemnization of law, reinforce moral and cultural progress in countryside and upgrade peasant's all-round quality.
