影响我国当前中小学教师培训质量的因素分析

Analysis on the Factors that Affect the Quality of In-service Teacher Training in China

文章从我国当前中小学教师培训存在的问题出发,探讨了影响教师培训质量的诸因素,提出教师培训质量的保障是个系统工程,只有对培训方案的制订、培训目标的确定,培训内容和形式、培训师资的选择,及培训者、培训经费等影响教师继续教育质量的诸因素进行全面研究,科学统筹,教师培训的质量才会得到基本保证。

This paper explores the problems existed in in-service teacher training in China, and discusses the following factors, which affect the quality of training: training programs, objective, contents and models, trainers and trainees, and financial support. The insurance of teacher training quality is a systemic project that requires the study on the above factors and the better arrangement.
