认证质量对质量认证市场的影响分析

摘要 本文将质量认证市场分成三个分市场,即认证市场、咨询市场、商品市场.在认证、咨询市场上,信息对称,采用古诺模型进行分析;而在商品市场上,信息不对称,采用效用理论进行分析.通过分析发现:咨询、认证业的泛滥有可能导致质量认证制度的消亡;提高垄断程度将有利于提高认证质量;提高认证质量有助于咨询质量的提高,进而提高产品质量. In this paper,with a view to attempting an analysis of impact on quality authentication market by quality of authentication,the quality authentication market is broken up into three subdivisions,namely,authentication market,consultative service market and commercial exchange market.On authentication and consultative service markets,as the information is symmetrical,the GuNuo Model is applied to the analysis,while on the commercial exchange market,with the information being non-symmetrical,the effectiveness theory is used for analysis.Based on these analyses,conclusion is drawn that the deluge of the consultative business and quality authentication will,very possibly,lead to the dying out of the quality authentication working system.It is found that the enhancement of monopolization may upgrade the quality of authentication,which,in turn,may improve the quality of consultative service.Thus,with the whole working system set up,the quality of products will be guaranteed.
