分析了我国社区图书馆建设出现的新问题,并提出相应的解决方法,包括加快公共图书馆立法,尽快出台"中国社区乡镇图书馆建设标准";树立科学发展观,走多途径、多元化的办馆之路;提倡建设特色社区图书馆。

The author analyses the new problems in construction of the community library and proposes the countermeasures, such as speeding up the public library legislation, issuing the standard of building the village and town libraryas soon as possible, forming a scientific development viewpoint, running libraries in different ways and promoting the construction of special library, etc.
