本文分析了中国市场基准利率的形成基础与制约因素,并借鉴国际市场的成熟经验,提出为有效形成我国市场基准利率需加快货币市场发展。

This article analyzes the foundation and constraints of the RMB benchmark rate formation. In light of international experience, it is suggested that the formation of a benchmark rate in China necessitates an accelerated development of the domestic money market.
