随着经济全球化、一体化步伐的加快,非居民个人外汇收支范围将越来越广泛,加强和完善非居民个人外汇管理成为当务之急。本文重点分析了非居民个人外汇管理方面的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。

With the accelerated economic globalization and integration, the scope of non-resident individual forex income and expense becomes increasingly wide, which calls for a firmer regulation on it. This paper provides a detailed analysis on the current situation of and problems existing in the management on non-resident individual forex, and suggests corresponding proposals.
