摘要
新闻监督作为一种社会监督形式具有国家监督形式的不可替代性。新闻监督权的有效实现须以保障公民的表现自由、尊重媒体的法定权利、创造监督的价值观念为其条件。本文拟在分析新闻监督之属性意义的基础上 ,提供国家、社会和公民审视新闻监督的新思路、新理念和新方法。
Oversight by media can not be replaced by any form of state supervision. The oversight by media is realized by safegurading freedom in expression, respecting media's legal right and creating the evaluation. This article, based on analyzing the characters and significance, provides new approach, concept and method for the state, society and people.
