摘要
目的 阐明促结缔组织增生型成釉细胞瘤 (desmoplasticameloblastoma,DA)的好发部位、X线表现、病理特征及预后 ,并与经典型成釉细胞瘤鉴别。方法 报道 1例DA ,结合文献对该病的临床表现、X线表现、病理形态特点及预后进行探讨。结果 DA是由大量增生的纤维结缔组织与散在的牙源性上皮巢组成。结论 促结缔组织增生型成釉细胞瘤的好发部位、X线表现、病理特征和预后与经典型成釉细胞瘤有较明显的差异。
Objective To study the location, radiographic appearance and pathological features of desmoplastic ameloblastoma (DA) for differential diagnosis from classic ameloblastoma. Methods The clinical data, radiographic appearance, pathological features and prognosis were analyzed in one case of DA with review of the literature. Results The patient was a 44-year-old man. The tumor was composed of irregularly shaped islands and narrow cords of odontogenic epithelium of varying size embedded in a desmoplastic, connective tissue stroma. Conclusions The location, radiographic appearance, pathological features of DA and prognosis of the patients differ from those of classic ameloblastoma.
