家兔免疫性聋的实验研究

Experimental study on immune sensorineural hearing loss of rabbit

摘要 采用小牛血清、自体血清及生理盐水作为抗原行内耳继发免疫的实验研究,以听性脑干反应、血清及外淋巴液中的特异性IgG为指标,结果发现牛血清组、自体血清组的耳蜗接种耳听阈提高,牛血清组血清、外淋巴液特异性IgG,抗原注射前后明显增加。提示:①用免疫方法可造成家兔耳聋;②听力损伤机理有体液免疫参与;③内耳对抗原刺激能产生抗体反应,④血清及迷路的IgG平衡存在着血迷路屏障。 In this experiment immune sensorineural hearing loss was studied in rabbits, which were secondarily immunized with bovine serum, self serum and normal saline in the inner ear. ABR threshold and specific IgG in serum and perilymph were examined. Immunized animals with bovine serum and self serum showed that ABR thresholds were very significantly increased. Bovine serum immunized animals, showed that the spicific IgG of serum and perilymph was also significantly increased. The results of this experiment demonstrate that ①Hearing loss of rabbit could be caused with the immune method. ②Humoral immunity takes an active part in hearing injury mechanism orthe inner ear. ③The inner ear is capable of responding to antigen challenge.④There is blood-labyrinth barrier in maintaining IgG equilibri-
