摘要 目的 探讨MRI及DTI对持续性植物状态的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析 12例符合持续性植物状态诊断标准患者的MRI及DTI的影像学特点。结果  12例PVS常规MRI均显示两侧半球多发缺血缺氧病灶及脑室扩大 ,第三脑室宽度均大于 1.2mm ,另见 5 8%脑干病灶 ,42 %丘脑病灶 ;DTI均可见放射冠胼胝体纤维束FA减低 ,11例可见一侧或双侧下纵束FA减低 ,形态消融。结论 常规MRI及DTI可为PVS的正确诊断提供新的依据。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of MRI and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in patients with persistent vegetative state (PVS).Methods Conventional MRI and DTI findings in 12 cases of PVS were retrospectively analyzed.Results Multiple ischemic foci in bilateral hemispheres and enlargement of the ventricular system were displayed on conventional MRI in all cases. FA reduction was displayed in the fiber of corona radiata and corpus callosum on DTI in all cases, and FA reduction was also detected in one or both side of inferior longitudinal fasciculum in 11 cases.Conclusion MRI and DTI can provide new gist for the diagnosis of PVS.
