三维增强MR成像正常腰椎静脉解剖和椎管内前静脉宽度测量

MR Anatomy of the Lumbar Vertebral Venous Plexus and Width Measurement of Anterior Internal Vertebral Vein in Normal Persons

目的 探讨正常人腰椎静脉系统在三维增强MR静脉造影 (MRV)的显示率 ,初步确定正常人腰椎椎管内前静脉的宽度范围。方法 志愿者 62例。采用 3D FFE序列三维MR增强扫描 ,分别观察不同年龄组间各段椎管内、外静脉显示情况。选择椎管内静脉显示良好者测量各段椎管内前静脉的宽度。结果 除L1、L2 水平左右吻合静脉外 ,41岁以上组的静脉显示率均低于 40岁以下组。椎管内前静脉的平均宽度L1～L5逐渐增粗。年龄、性别、左右侧差异无统计学意义。结论 三维增强MR静脉造影能满意地显示椎管内静脉各分支及椎管外静脉的全貌 ,有利于对腰椎静脉系统进行深入研究。

Objective To discuss the detectability of lumbar vertebral venous plexus with MRV and establish the width range of anterior internal vertebral vein in normal persons Methods 3D MRV was performed in 62 volunteers.Coronal 3D FFE protocol was used.Then the detectability of the lumbar venous plexuses from L1 to L5 between groups were evaluated.The width of anterior internal vertebral vein was measured in the patients whose veins were all be seen.Results The detectability of vein in groups older than 41 years old is lower than that of groups younger than 40 years old except for the retrocorporeal anastomatic vein at the L1 and L2 lever.The width of anterior internal vertebral vein is symmetry between sides and in sort ascending from L1 to L5; It was not correlated with age and no significiant difference was observed regarding sex.Conclusion 3D MRV show the whole shape of internal vertebral venous plexus and external vertebral venous plexus.And it will be useful in doing deep research in lumbar venous plexus.
