食用菌栽培瓶用PP塑料改性研究

Modification Study of Polypropylene for F. velutipes Cultivation Bottle Use

介绍了根据工厂化生产食用菌所用的栽培瓶要求,对聚丙烯进行配方研究及结构设计。通过添加成核剂及稳定剂,提高了力学性能、热学性能、光学性能及稳定性,使其材料性能及外观结构都满足了工厂化要求,至今这种食用菌塑料栽培瓶已生产100余万只。

In present study, the component materials and the shape of the bottle for industrializing cultivation of F. velutipes were investigated. The polypropylene was supplemented with stabilizer and molding material to improve its chemical, optical and heat characteristics and enhance its stability. More than 1 million of the bottles with the suitable shape were made of the modified polypropylene for cultivation of F. velutipes.
