摘要
组建医院集团是优化区域医疗卫生资源、促进医院内部管理机制改革的重要途径之 一。本文分析了上海瑞金医院集团在组建前后人力资源配置的情况和运作特点。对如何依托集团 优势,合理配置人力资源提出了初步的思路。
Constructing hospital group is one of the most important way to improve the efficiency of regional medical resource and promote hospital internal reform of management mechanism. In this study, we analysis the configuration and running characteristic of human resource before and after the construction of Shanghai Rui-jin hospital group. Focusing on how to take the advantages of hospital group, we suggest some ideas to setup human resource reasonably.
