泰一液对骨肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Tai-Yi oral liquid on immunological functions of patients with bone tumor

目的 :检测口服泰一液对骨肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响 .方法 :选择行口服泰一液治疗的骨肿瘤患者 35例 ,采用患者外周血、斑蝥发泡液测定患者在口服泰一液治疗前后巨噬细胞功能、T细胞亚群和NK细胞活性的变化 .结果 :骨肿瘤患者在口服泰一液前T细胞亚群、巨噬细胞功能和NK细胞活性均低于正常人 (P <0 .0 5 ) .治疗后NK细胞活性、巨噬细胞功能和T细胞亚群 (CD3,CD4 )均有所增加 ,CD8的均值有所下降 .CD4 + /CD8比值增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,M 吞噬指数增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论

AIM: To study the effects of Tai Yi oral liquid on cell immunological functions of patients with bone tumor. METHODS: 35 cases of patient with malignant bone tumor were treated by Tai Yi oral liquid and the function of macrophages, the activity of T lymphocyte subpopulation and the cytotoxicity of NK were investigated by peripheral blood and mylabris vesicant test before and after the treatment, respectively. RESULTS: The function of macrophages, the activity of T lymphocyte subpopulation (CD3 and CD4) and the cytotoxicity of NK in the patient were lower than those of the normal control before the treatment but they all increased after the treatment. The decline of mean value of CD8 and the rise of CD4/CD8 ratio ( P <0.05) and M phagocytic index ( P <0.05) were also observed after the treatment. CONCLUSION: Tai Yi oral liquid can enhance the immunological functions of the patient with malignant bone tumors.
